What is the return policy?

Please complete the RMA Form on this page to let us know why you are returning or exchanging your broken or defective item. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # to include with the product that you return.

After you submit the RMA Form on this page, and ship back your item we will evaluate your return and determine our course of action and resolution.

Is it easy to return or exchange items?

Yes. Once your RMA form is submitted and authorized, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions via email on how to return your product.

What items are returnable?

QuiqLitePro and QuiqLiteMed: Returnable up to one year from purchase with proof of receipt.
QuiqLiteX: Limited Lifetime Warranty (Please see Limited Lifetime Warranty policy page for details).
QuiqLiteX2: Limited Lifetime Warranty (Please see Limited Lifetime Warranty policy page for details).

How soon will I get my product repaired or replaced?

Once your items are inspected by our team, you’ll be notified by email regarding our course of action.
